I was born in Quebec and raised in small town Ontario, but moved to Alberta in 2008 and haven't looked back since. I grew up playing hockey at a competitive level and so I was introduced to the rehabilitative process at a young age, as I was plagued with a series of injuries. I will always remember the way those people impacted my athletic career growing up and made the decision to impact other people's lives in the same way.
I graduated from Mount Royal University in 2009 with a 2200 hour Massage Therapy Diploma and began my journey from there. I am passionate about the rehabilitative process from identifying the issue to developing a strengthening plan to prevent recurrence to assist people with improving their body's ability to cope with daily living.
When not working, I'm passionate about staying active in the outdoors, and training for my other passion which is Bobsleigh.
