Growing up in Manitoba, I played sports all year round. So naturally, I wanted a career that involved sport! I decided that athletic therapy was where I wanted to start.
During my studies to become an athletic therapist, I discovered the world of complementary medicine and was introduced to a wide variety of modalities that could be used to create and maintain health living. It was at this point I decided to become a massage therapist. I completed the 2200-hour diploma program at CCMH-Foothills College of Massage Therapy in 2009 and have continued my education with many courses over the years. My treatments focus on working with the myofascial system in a whole body approach. I am a strong believer in educating my clients on homecare that will prolong the effects of the massage and help resolve or prevent any issues they may have.
When I am not at work I love to be outdoors whether it be biking, gardening or camping!
